• Revisions are broken down into two phases, known as the Offline Edit, and the Online Edit
  • The Offline Edit is where the rough cut and clips are assembled together. The goal of this phase is to find the story, choose the best takes, and determine the pacing. You get 3 rounds of revisions during the Offline Edit phase.
  • The Online Edit is where the finer tuning happens. This is where any Visual Effects (VFX), Sound Design, and Titling happens. You get 3 rounds of revisions during the Online Edit phase.
  • Note: Approval of Offline Edit Prior to Online Editing. The Client must approve the Offline Edit (Rough Cut or Draft Cut) before any editing steps outlined under Online Editing (Color Grading, Graphics, Effects, Visual Effects, Sound Design, and Sound Mixing) can commence. Additional fees will be incurred if we were to go back to the Offline Edit phase when we've already entered the Online Edit phase.

  Any additional revisions requested beyond the scope outlined here will be subjected to additional fees.

Yes! We have a dedicated studio located at 3 Manhattan St., Brgy. Immaculate Conception, Quezon City. Access to this space is already conveniently included in all our standard packages.

You are welcome to drop off your products in person or via courier services (e.g., Grab, Lalamove).

• Timeline: Items must arrive at our studio at least two days prior to your shoot date.

• Logistics: Courier fees and insurance are to be shouldered by the client.

• Address: 3 Manhattan St., Brgy. Immaculate Conception, Quezon City.

Items can be picked up in person or via courier. While you may pull your products as soon as the shoot wraps, we recommend waiting until the Final Outputs are approved just in case additional shots are required. Please note that return courier fees are the responsibility of the client.

To secure your slot, we require the initial 50% downpayment to be settled and the General Service Agreement to be signed at least 5 days before your preferred shoot date.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and lock in your date. Our policy regarding changes and cancellations is as follows:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no extra cost. Subsequent rescheduling will incur a 15% fee.

• Client Cancellation: If the client terminates the project, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• Contractor Cancellation: If we must terminate the project, your deposit will be refunded in full.

• Delivery Issues: In the unlikely event we fail to deliver as agreed, any unearned fees will be refunded (up to a maximum of 30% of the total fees), and all work completed to date will be surrendered to the client.

Absolutely! We are happy to shoot on-location or at a venue of your choice. Please note that for out-of-studio projects, additional charges for transportation, logistics, and lodging (if applicable) will be added to the base package rates.

That is entirely up to you. We offer two ways to collaborate during production:

• In-Person: You are more than welcome to join us at the studio to oversee the process and provide real-time feedback and approval on shots as they happen.

• Remote Approval: If you can’t make it to the studio, we can coordinate a remote workflow. We will share live updates or preview galleries so you can review and approve the shots from wherever you are.
